3.1. Prices are listed in £ and are subject to change without notice.
3.2. We accept all UK payments, MBway, PayPal for international orders. All payments must be made in full before shipping.
3.3. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order accordingly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Depending on country, costumers can choose the delivery carrier.
4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1. Due to hygiene circumstances, we can only accept returns within 15 days of delivery for UNWORN, UNSUEDitems with ORIGINAL TAGS and can only be returned if the hygiene seal HAS NOT been removed.
5.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
5.4. Refunds will only be processed once the items are returned to us and we check its compliance status. Only then refunds will be issue and time frame will depend on the payment method used.
